Provend’s Servicing and Repairs service can offer you peace of mind when it comes to vending maintenance.
If you have a Vending Machine on your property that is not owned and maintained by us and would like a service or repair, please contact us below.
SERVICING
Regular servicing of vending equipment is very important, keeping on top of your vending machine maintenance may cost a little money in the short-term, but it can save you a great deal later down the line.
Regular servicing involves cleaning its internal components, running diagnostic tests, and making sure all mechanical parts are fully functional. This helps our team to identify any potential problems and deal with them at an early stage, before they become a major issue, ensuring your vending facilities continue to operate smoothly.
We also offer PAT testing with our Servicing. If your machines should happen to fail its PAT test, we can diagnose any problems and rectify them. We can also test any fixed items for electrical safety. All our testing is compliant to the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007 (S.I. 299 of 2007).
REPAIRS
We provide a 24/7 callout service for vending repairs, nationwide. If you call us to report an issue with your vending facilities, you can be sure we’ll know what steps you can take to get your machine back up and running.
We supply a wide range of spare parts for various vending brands, allowing us to fix the majority of faults with just one visit. This means you don’t need to worry about long periods of vending machine downtime hurting your profits or preventing your staff from getting their morning snack.
We also offer a lock opening & replacement service if you find yourself locked out of your machine.
